Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Rockwood Publishing ("we," "us") publishes children's books and operates rockwoodpublishing.org. We respect your privacy and keep what we collect to a minimum. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Email address if you sign up to be notified about new books.
- Name and email (and any note you send) if you ask to be a review reader or contact us.
- We do not collect payment information on this site. Books are sold through Amazon and delivered to review readers through BookFunnel; those services handle their own data under their own policies.
How we use it
- To send occasional updates about new Rockwood Publishing books.
- To send review copies and follow up with readers who requested them.
- To reply to questions you send us.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Service providers
We use a few trusted services to run the site and deliver books, each governed by its own privacy policy: Netlify (website hosting and signup-form submissions), ImprovMX (email forwarding), BookFunnel (delivery of review copies), and Amazon (book purchases and reviews). Google Fonts may log standard request data when pages load.
Email and your choices
You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@rockwoodpublishing.org. We will remove you promptly.
Children's privacy
Our books are written for young readers, but this website and our mailing list are directed to parents, teachers, librarians, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Hosting and font providers may process basic technical request data as part of delivering the page.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
